PAUL HAGLER

AI automation for small businesses

I make small-business busywork disappear.

I help businesses clean up messy operations, automate repetitive admin, and build practical AI-powered systems that fit the way they already work.

AI and automation that fixes real business problems.

I’m not selling vague “AI transformation.” I look at the work people are already doing every day and remove the parts that waste time, get lost, or keep getting rebuilt by hand.

Fix messy workflows.

If customer information, orders, documents, or project details are scattered across email, spreadsheets, forms, and people’s heads, I help turn that mess into one clearer process.

Automate repetitive admin.

Follow-ups, data entry, reports, intake, status checks, research, handoffs, and recurring communication can often be automated without changing the entire business.

Build useful AI tools.

I build AI around real jobs: finding information, summarizing history, preparing work, checking for missing pieces, and helping people make decisions faster.

Systems I’ve built for real businesses.

These projects came from actual operating problems — not fake portfolio exercises.

Longboards

Catering operations control center

I built a working system to bring customer history, catering orders, invoice context, reconciliation, follow-up, and multi-location information together instead of constantly rebuilding the picture by hand.

Equip-Bid

AI-assisted appraisal and research workflow

I developed an appraisal concept that uses AI to structure item research, comparisons, and valuation support while keeping the final judgment with the person doing the appraisal.

Monarch Liquidation

Automation for recurring business admin

I built practical workflows around customer communication, project coordination, repetitive administrative work, and information that otherwise had to be reconstructed manually.

Start by finding where your business is wasting time.

Start with an AI Operations Audit. We walk through how your business actually works, identify the repetitive or fragile parts, and leave with a prioritized plan instead of a pile of AI buzzwords.

  • 60–90 minute discovery session
  • Review of your current workflow and recurring headaches
  • 3–5 specific AI or automation opportunities
  • Recommended next steps and what is worth measuring

About me

I come from operations, not a software sales floor.

I’m Paul Hagler. My background includes operations, customer relationships, auctions, liquidation, sales, and catering. I started building AI systems because I kept running into the same problem: too much useful information trapped in too many places, and too much time wasted moving it around by hand.

That practical background is the point. I’m interested in systems that make a real workday easier — not technology for its own sake.

I’m based in the Kansas City area and can work remotely with businesses anywhere.

Creative work and other projects.

Paulhagler.com is also the home base for the creative projects I’m building.

Tell me what keeps wasting your time.

You do not need to know what kind of AI you need. Tell me what your business does, what keeps going wrong or taking too long, and what tools you already use. That is enough to start.
